It’s been a minute since we’ve decorated your fridges with some fresh cans from The Propagator. But don’t stress, if you’ve been counting down the moments until you could show off a four-pack on your top shelf pedestal (before enjoying, of course) like us, we have good news for you. Our latest canned release is here.

Credit Czech,” is a clean, crisp Czech Garnet Lager we brewed alongside our friends at The Full Pint. It’s available now for a limited time online for all our Brewmaster’s Collective members and for all at any of our three locations in Paso Robles, Buellton, and Venice for everyone. Keep reading to learn more about the brew.

We brewed this beer in collaboration with our friends at The Full Pint. With a shared love for delicious, crushable beers from around the world, we knew we wanted to create something, well… equally delicious and crushable. So, where did we start? Well, it’s no secret that Czechia is a land of barley-based beverage bliss. We wanted to create something that other serious beer lovers would enjoy and could sip over, and over, and over again, just like we, and billions of others, have done on the streets of Plzeň, Prague, and everywhere else in between.

So, we looked back at all the světlés, polotmavés, tmavés, ċernés we’ve enjoyed in the past and found the sweet spot: Credit Czech, a polotmavy garnet lager. The ruby red polotmavy (half-dark) lagers of Czechia may be less known for their pale counterparts but are no less delicious.

Floor-malted Bohemian pilsner and dark malts blend with caramunich and a pinch of roasted carafe malts in a double-decoction mash here. A healthy dose of Czech saaz hops in the boil then provide a spicy balancing bitterness to keep the malt from being overly sweet and cloying. Cold fermentation and conditioning with our house lager yeast keeps it crispy and clean from there.

But if we lost you there, don’t worry. All you need to know is the resulting beer is complex and rich with a malty profile that’s perfect for fall weather. And for enjoying whenever else you want to too.

And the best part is, you don’t have to book a flight to Europe to enjoy a four-pack. Credit Czech is now available on draft and in 16-ounce cans at our three California locations in Paso Robles, Buellton, and Venice. You can also have four-packs shipped directly to your door if you’re part of our Brewmaster’s Collective beer club.
