Firestone Walker’s 30th Anniversary Celebration
Thirty years of brewing, building, and bringing people together calls for a celebration. In 2026, Firestone Walker Brewing Company marks its 30th anniversary, and we’re inviting beer lovers to celebrate with us at our Buellton Taproom with a weekend of special pours, beer-paired dining, and stories from the people who helped shape our journey.
Friday: 30 Beers for 30 Years

Kick off the anniversary weekend with a tasting experience built around three decades of brewing.
At our 30 Beers for 30 Years tasting, guests can curate their own flight of five beers from a selection of more than 30 brews. Explore a range of styles, revisit familiar favorites, and discover something new along the way.
Flight and taster glass: $25
The Library Bottle Shop will also be open from 4–9 p.m., offering a chance to explore vintage releases and discover bottles from Firestone Walker’s brewing history.
Saturday: A Five-Course Anniversary Dinner

On Saturday evening, join us for a special anniversary dinner celebrating 30 years of Firestone Walker.
The evening begins with a progressive pairing at 5 p.m., leading into a five-course, beer-paired dinner at 6 p.m. Settle in beneath the towering barrels of our Cathedral of Barrels for an evening of thoughtfully paired food and beer, with stories from the people behind the brewery.
Hear from founders David Walker, Adam Firestone, and Nick Firestone, alongside Brewmaster Matt Brynildson, as they share stories from the brewery’s past and reflect on the people, ideas, and beers that have shaped the last three decades.
The Library Bottle Shop will be open from 5–10 p.m., giving guests another opportunity to explore vintage releases and take home a piece of Firestone Walker history.
