This International Women’s Day, we’re raising a glass—not just to celebrate, but to say thank you.
At Firestone Walker, we often talk about the craft of brewing. We discuss hops and malts, barrels and fermentation, recipes perfected over decades. But the truth is, our beer wouldn’t exist without the people who bring it to life every single day. And a huge part of that story belongs to the women on our team.
From the Brewery Floor to the Accounting Office
Walk through our facilities on any given day, and you’ll find women everywhere—not as a talking point or a statistic, but as the backbone of our operation. They’re running the lemonade stand (yes, we make lemonade beer too). They’re on the brewery floor, managing production schedules. They’re in the lab ensuring quality control. They’re loading trucks at the loading dock. They’re in the accounting office keeping our business running smoothly.
Firestone Walker is who it is because of the people. And the women on our team are a huge part of that story.
Pausing to Say Thank You
Today, we want to pause the production schedule—just for a minute. We promised. And we want to say thank you.
Not with a limited release or a hashtag. Not with a clever marketing campaign. Just genuinely, sincerely: thank you.
