The Taproom celebrates the unique tastes of the Central Coast. Showcasing fresh ingredients from local sources, our menu reflects our passion for capturing a distinctive blend of regional cuisine, beer and wine. Extraordinary flavors, prepared simply by talented hands – that is our mission.
OUR BEERS
The Taproom features our four award winning Firestone Walker beers in addition to four alternating beers on tap. Patrons of the bar may enjoy pints or mugs of our beers.

OUR CHEF
Chef Humberto Huizar wields a wide range of culinary experiences and expertise. His knack for regional cuisine now finds its home in the Santa Ynez Valley at The Taproom.
OUR INGREDIENTS
Our ingredients reflect our commitment to locally and regionally grown ingredients. Our freshly brewed beer makes an appearance in several of our dishes, and even spent grains from our brewhouse are employed in crafting our pizza dough.
OUR WINES
We are committed to making a wide range of our wines available by the glass so that residents and visitors alike can discover the extraordinary diversity and quality of our local Santa Barbara County bottlings. While great wines may be found around the world, our goal is to celebrate the excellence found right in our own backyard.
TAPROOM BAR
Our Taproom Bar is richly appointed with oak tables and a brushed stainless steel bar, as well an antique bar from London’s Liverpool Street Station. In addition to our regular ale lineup, taproom manager Mark Winford also serves taproom-only brews (such as our Unfiltered Double Barrel Ale and seasonal selections) on a rotating basis.
